4. So, you're happy with the template, your happy with the quote what's next?

• After you have consulted with us. Complete the "Authorization Form" and start putting your content together in a Word for Windows document. Below are some of the pages you will definitely need to e-mail to us:

  • Your Company Bio or About You

  • Services and/or Products info.

  • Who to contact, physical addresses, phone numbers, e-mail's etc... Hours of operation and days not in the office

  • What you want people to see when they first come to your web site; who you are, info about the company or organization, your mission statement, why people would use your service (Features/Benefits) and what makes you so special to the community.

  • Sound files, video files, Photo's of staff, photo's of products and services or photo's that you would want to share with visitors

  • If you want your web site MP3 player to play special music or narrations, you would send us those files. As part of your quote, we will encode those files for fast access online.

  • For your Privacy Statement we will need some specific info. Legal company name, how information you gather from customers/clients is used. If you would like to see a Privacy Statement click here this is the information we would need. The titles is all you need to focus on. Also, when we complete your project you can make any corrections at that time.

  • Any other items of interest that you and the designer have discussed should be e-mailed as well. Please keep this in mind, when sending documents through e-mail please be sure to title the e-mails in the subject area, very explicitly so we will know what you want done with the information you are sending. The clearer and exact you are the better!

• Finally, you will be working very closely with Stephan our designer. He will be in contact with you via phone and e-mail on a regular basis. The more access you grant us when we need you, the faster your website will get completed!
